I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and had plenty of amenities making my stay extremely comfortable. The service, led by the new GM Carl Volschenk, was top-notch and very friendly. The location in Central Bangkok was ideal for exploring the city easily.
